After repeatedly arousing kundalini into the spine, chest, torso and head, it begins to tunnel through the thighs, legs and feet. Its arousal there is a bit different. When kundalini moves into the thighs, legs and feet (the lower extremities), it might feel like cramps with bliss feelings or as needles with bliss spark feelings.

It is not as intense as when it moves up the spine or into the head. However it is necessary to clear out those lower extremities because they are part of the psyche. If one is unable to clear those areas, one will be dragged down to lower astral world, after one reaches a heavenly world after death.

Rishi Singh Gherwal asked me to mention that using kundalini yoga to transmigrate to a higher dimension either in the subtle world or in the spiritual world, is like using an elevator to rise through a building in order to get to a higher floor. While using moral values and philanthropy as a means of elevation is like using a staircase which winds around a building and climbing that staircase from the outside of the building.

Both methods are effective but the stairway path is inefficient.

He said that a yogi can pretty much know how higher he will be elevated just by properly rating his kundalini yoga practice. But the definite way of knowing is by gauging what dimensions he usually finds himself in during dreaming. It does not matter what his religion is, or what his process is, if his dreams concern mostly people using physical bodies who have little interest in advanced yoga, then it means that he will just take another material body on this planet or in some place which has a physical existence which is similar to this one.

For such a person, their destiny after death is already revealed to them.

If on the other hand one reaches yogis and finds oneself practicing with them and associating with them during dreams, then there is a chance that one will go to a higher dimension which is devoid of distractions and will be able to continue the progression in the astral world without having to pick up another material body as one did in this life.

Those rare yogis who are able to associate with divine beings in the divine world during dreaming, are assured of reaching those places after death of the present body.

Merely by checking the quality of one’s dream locations, one can pretty much tell where one will go if one has to give up the present body.

If it is left to the astral body, one will simply come out again as an infant from a woman’s birth canal. This is because the astral body as it is, as it is unadjusted by yoga austerities, is prone to seeking out sperm and ova for manufacturing for itself another physical form. That is its tendency.

Dean's question: Can you please tell us the difference between subtle worlds and spiritual worlds?  Are not all subtle worlds in the spiritual domain?

Dean's question: When transmigrating to these higher dimensions, if using kundalini yoga is like using an elevator while using moral values and philanthropy is like using a staircase.  Since yogis incorporate both methods as a means of elevation, does that mean they are rising upwards on an escalator through a building to reach that higher floor?

MiBeloved’s Response:

For general purposes and for purposes of traditional religion, there is just material and spiritual, which means gross material like the body we are currently using and the matter like the earth, rocks, water and the air we can feel or see. So those gross aspects are considered to be material in traditional religion and then things like light like sun light, radio waves, ultraviolet rays and so on are considered to be spiritual. A ghost is considered to be spiritual.

In kriya yoga, we are confronted with a third level, which is the real spiritual level. So to get the terminology clear, what is material or gross in traditional religion is considered to be the same in kriya yoga. What is subtle in traditional religious is subtle-material in kriya yoga. And there is a third level in kriya yoga which is termed as spiritual.

Mostly a person who leaves a physical body, goes into the subtle world and not into the spiritual world. This is because the subtle body which we are using, which is used in dreams and astral projections is not a spiritual form. It is subtler than the physical body but it is made out of subtle matter. Subtle matter is not a spiritual substance.

For kriya yoga you have to see three categories, the physical, the subtle-physical and the spiritual.

MiBeloved’s Response:

If a yogi fails with his yoga practice, and is unable to consolidate it, then he has no choice but to take recourse to the benefits which he accrued by his pious socially uplifting acts.

As a last resort, if a yogi cannot get his act together before he loses the physical body, then he falls back on his karmic social account and makes use of that in his next life.

Both systems are not used. One can only use one of the systems. Social activities no matter how great and how approved and beneficial they are, will not help for yoga elevation. And yoga elevations will in turn do nothing for social upliftment.

These are two different currencies which cannot be swapped one for another. This is why sometimes, we find that a person who is a great yogi is in abject frightening poverty. It is because destiny thinks that he has not made a sufficient social contribution to derive social benefits like others who dedicated themselves to doing good in the material world.

The astral worlds which are reached by those who have amassed credits by favorable social activity are different to the astral worlds reached by those who have perfected yoga practice. But if a yogi did not complete his practice to a certain degree, then it will not kick in to get him to the siddha loka astral places where great yogis live, and then he will instead be routed to astral paradises where the pious people go and then he will come back into this world through the regular route of developing a semen-embryo-infancy body.
